Term Dates

KIU Term Dates

KIU Term Dates are structured to provide a balanced academic calendar that supports both learning and personal development. The academic year at KIU University is divided into two semesters, each lasting approximately six months.

Each semester includes around 16 weeks of academic-focused learning, where students participate in lectures, practical sessions, tutorials, and other structured educational activities. This ensures a comprehensive learning experience across all programs.

The remaining weeks are allocated for study leave, examinations, and semester-end vacations. This allows students sufficient time to revise, complete assessments, and prepare for upcoming academic sessions.

This well-organized academic calendar ensures that students at KIU University maintain a consistent and productive learning schedule throughout the year.
