We are honoured to welcome Shifaz Mohamed, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Maldives, to KIU University and to Sri Lanka.

Mr. Mohamed is a highly respected and visionary education leader who plays a significant role in shaping national education policy and driving institutional excellence in the Maldives. His presence reflects the strength of collaboration and the shared aspirations between our two nations.

His presence marked an important occasion as he observed the progress of the international capacity-building programme under the theme “Transformational Leadership in Education: Guiding Schools Towards Excellence”, conducted for a distinguished delegation of Maldivian school principals.

This initiative, organised by KIU University in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Republic of Maldives, reflects our shared commitment to strengthening educational leadership, fostering global partnerships, and shaping the future of education.
