Strengthening International Partnerships at KIU

KIU University had the distinct honor of welcoming the University of Regina, Canada, delegation led by Dr. Jeff Keshen, President & Vice-Chancellor.

The discussions centered on advancing collaboration in student exchange, specialized mobility pathways, research initiatives, and nursing partnerships—opening new doors for our students and faculty to engage globally.

We also wish to express our appreciation to Mr. Abdul Majeed Kaiyoom, Senior Trade Officer at the High Commission of Canada to Sri Lanka, for his support and presence during this important visit.

This partnership marks an important step forward in strengthening academic and cultural ties between Sri Lanka and Canada, and we look forward to the many opportunities it will bring.
