We were honoured to welcome officials from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to KIU University for an official visit to observe our interview mechanisms, post-deployment processes, and foreign migration framework initiated by EIPER International, the migration and global workforce development entity of the KIU Group.

This engagement reflects a shared commitment to preparing the next generation of skilled human resources while strengthening long-term bilateral cooperation between Japan and Sri Lanka through transparent, ethical, and high-quality workforce mobility.

We value JICA’s continued interest in engaging with responsible migration and skills development initiatives, and we remain committed to building trusted, people-centred pathways that contribute meaningfully to both economies.
