At KIU University, our faculties and departments form the intellectual core of the institution — each dedicated to academic excellence, research innovation, and student development.
KIU’s eight faculties — Nursing, Health Sciences, Behavioural Sciences, Computer Science and Engineering, Law, Management, Education and Languages, and Graduate Studies — support interdisciplinary learning, research, and student development across the institution. Since receiving degree-awarding status in 2015, KIU has grown to offer 14 undergraduate and 5 postgraduate degree programmes across 8 faculties and 17 departments.
Each faculty is led by experienced academic staff, supported by research-active lecturers, and structured to deliver programmes that are both nationally recognised and globally relevant. KIU exhibits its uniqueness through highly acclaimed educational programmes, innovative learning and teaching platforms, advanced research and inventions, a dynamic and highly accomplished panel of lecturers, and most especially outstanding graduates who excel in their respective disciplines.
