CAREER SUMMARY
Beginning her career as a Probationary Lecturer in 2015, she has advanced to the role of Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Health Sciences and currently holds the esteemed position of Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences. She has specialized in Human Biology (Faculty of Medicine, University of Sri Jayewardenepura) and Molecular Pathology (Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo). In 2023, she received a prestigious scholarship for special training in Precision Medicine from the University of Hong Kong. In 2019 has won the Bill and Melinda gates travel award.Â
